To acquire your brand-new bag, simply send us your current bag along with your authenticity bag voucher.

This voucher was included with your bag at the time of purchase and grants you the option to select a new bag or, for a small additional cost, upgrade to a higher-tier model.

You have the flexibility to exchange your bag once using this voucher, at your convenience, within a 5-year window. This initiative aligns with our commitment to the circular economy, allowing you to repurpose your old bag and reduce waste. 

Many of our customers choose to exchange their bags after an extended period or when their lifestyle necessitates a different size.

(**Note:** The old bag will undergo a transformation into a new bag as part of our Refurbished Collection.)

Our Refurbished Collection is a pivotal component of our anti-waste program, ensuring that no products end up in landfills or are burned, a fate that befalls unsold stock in some other brands.
