2. **Product Returns**: To facilitate returns, the products should be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

3. **Complaints About Agreement Execution**: If you have any complaints related to the execution of your purchase agreement, please provide a clear and comprehensive description of the issue to our team within 7 days of discovering the problem.

4. **Acknowledgment and Resolution Time**: Once we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge its receipt within 14 days. We'll also provide you with an estimated timeline for a more detailed response if your complaint requires additional time for resolution.

5. **Resolution of Valid Complaints**: If we determine that your complaint is valid, we will take appropriate action at our discretion. This may involve replacing or repairing the delivered products, and we will do so free of charge.
